Tucked away in a quiet corner of Paris, House of Wisdom is more than a studio. It is the soul-space of Pièces Uniques. Conceived in the wake of the brand’s ANDAM Prix Pierre Bergé award, it stands as both sanctuary and source: where thought becomes form, and silence gives rise to vision.
Drawing from the historic Houses of Wisdom in the Arab world and the Japanese principle of Dan Sha Ri, the space embraces clarity through simplicity. Light filters through Shoji doors, Noren curtains drift in still air, creating a rhythm of calm. Here, light becomes metaphor: for knowledge, focus, and creative purity.
Designed by Joris Navarro in collaboration with Edmond Luu, the studio reflects the brand’s core: minimalist, poetic, intentional. Every element serves a purpose. Nothing is decorative; everything is deliberate.
The furniture, by Tom Ducarouge, crafted in steel and walnut, strikes a balance between raw strength and quiet warmth. Each piece anchors the space in material honesty, echoing the clean lines and contemplative nature of Pièces Uniques collections.
Even the smallest objects, tools, utensils, surfaces, are curated with care. Beauty lies in restraint, and function becomes ritual.
House of Wisdom is not just where the brand is made. It is where it is lived. A space to pause, to imagine, and to return to what truly matters.
