The Spring-Summer 2020 PIECES UNIQUES collection «Colors of emotions» is inspired by Plutchik’s wheel of emotions, where each color represents an emotion: blue for sadness, red for anger, green for confidence and yellow for joy. The collection has been designed around 5 colours to create unique monochrome silhouettes inspired by postmodernist architecture. Crepe fabric, waterproof nylon and gabardine blend with metal buckles and steel/epoxy pendants to create dreamlike looks. Each shade is based on a specific pantone applied to the different materials and fabrics using a variety of techniques. One of Pièces Uniques’ goals is to create garments that reflect personality. «Colors of emotion» is a way to show how our emotions and personalities can be reflected through our clothes.
